Public Offer

This document is an official offer (public offer) of IE Ozerov Alexey Nikolaevich and contains all essential terms for acquiring rights to use additional functional features of the LandLords game.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller grants the Buyer the right to use additional functional features of the game (virtual currency and game items) under the terms of the User Agreement.

2. Cost and Payment Procedure

• The current list and cost of goods are specified directly in the game interface (shop).
• Payment is made through integrated partner payment services.
• The Buyer's payment obligations are considered fulfilled at the moment the funds are received by the payment system.

3. Delivery Procedure

• All goods are digital and are credited to the user's game account automatically within 15 minutes after payment confirmation.
• The service is considered fully rendered at the moment the purchased item appears on the game account balance.

4. Refund Policy

• In accordance with the law, digital content of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange after access has been granted.
• In case of technical failures where the paid item was not credited, the Buyer must contact support at hello@tezee.art for manual crediting.
